This year’s spring break was all about red rocks, desert hikes, and soaking up sunshine in one of Utah’s most iconic adventure towns—Moab.

From the moment we arrived, it was nonstop exploring. Arches National Park was first on the list, where we checked out Balanced Rock and made the unforgettable trek to Delicate Arch—worth every step for that view.

Canyonlands National Park gave us the jaw-dropping Mesa Arch. But the real show-stopper? Dead Horse Point State Park. We timed it perfectly and caught one of the most breathtaking sunsets I’ve ever seen. The overlook there truly lives up to the hype.

We also hiked to Corona Arch and Funnel Arch located in the BLM Land about 15 mins from Moab. Check out Corona if you like to climb a little, check out Funnel if you like to climb a lot!

When we weren’t out adventuring, we found a few favorite spots in town. The Moab Rec Center pool was the perfect way to cool off and relax. We also made a stop (or two) at Moab Made for local souvenirs—such a great place to pick up art, jewelry, and handmade goods.

Food and coffee were high priorities (as always), and Moab didn’t disappoint:

  • Moab Coffee Roasters had the most delicious breakfast burritos—exactly what we needed before hitting the trails.

  • Horse Thief Coffee is in a historic building with tons of charm.

  • Gelateria and Espresso Bar hit the spot when we needed an afternoon pick-me-up.

  • And Moab Brewery was the perfect place to wind down after a full day of hiking.

We even popped into The Rock Shop, which is a fun stop for all ages—especially if you're into fossils and quirky local finds.

Moab is one of those places that just sticks with you. The landscape is like something from another planet, but the town itself is full of warmth, creativity, and good coffee.
